By working with Dub Content Development, you agree to the following terms. These are here to protect your investment, our time, and the quality of the work we deliver.
Payments & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. Period. This holds your spot and kicks off the prep work.
No refunds are provided for digital products, consultations, or strategy sessions
Payments made may be applied as credit toward future services — at our sole discretion.
Deliverables & Ownership
Final deliverables (copy, designs, assets) remain the intellectual property of Dub Content Development until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, you’ll receive your files via [insert delivery method] with access for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless a prior NDA or written agreement states otherwise.
Revisions & Scope
Services include a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Anything beyond that? It’s considered out of scope and will be billed accordingly.
Any extra requests outside of the original project scope may extend timelines and add costs.
Client Responsibilities
We can’t do what we do without you. Timely communication, feedback, and approvals are required to keep your project moving.
If you ghost for more than 30 days without prior notice, we’ll consider the project abandoned. No refunds, and a reactivation fee may apply.
Timelines
All timelines discussed are estimates. They may shift based on your responsiveness, content approvals, and any changes to project scope.
If delays are caused on the client side, Dub Content Development reserves the right to adjust delivery dates or reschedule the project entirely.
Legal Stuff
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration in Atlanta, GA, unless required otherwise by law.
Chargebacks are not an acceptable form of dispute. If there’s an issue, let’s handle it like pros.
Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the latest version.
